About WemustE
WemustE is a skills map. People who are looking for work put themselves on a map, and companies and individuals near them (we call them sponsors) find them and get in touch. It is free for people looking for work.
What WemustE is
A map of people ready to work near you: for a full-time job, part-time work, or a task of 1 to 3 days. Each person shows their kind of work, from 259 kinds of work in 22 groups (sales and office work, tech, design, trades and repairs, cleaning, food and hotels, beauty, care, events, teaching, testing and more), the city where they want to work, and a nickname. Instead of a CV, every profile has an exam score, the person's own answers and short videos, so a sponsor can see how someone thinks and works before getting in touch.
For people looking for work
Joining is free, and WemustE never asks people looking for work for money. 1. Create an account with your email. 2. Choose your kind of work and take its exam: 25 real situations from that work (15 answered by choosing, 10 in your own words). Your score is out of 100. 3. Add your details and record 7 short videos, then answer a short survey about yourself. 4. Put yourself on the map in the cities where you want to work. Your name, phone number and email stay hidden until a sponsor unlocks your profile, and you are told each time it happens.
For sponsors
Sponsors are companies or individuals who want to find people for work. They sign up with their email, look at the map, and read people's profiles, exam answers and scores for free. To see a person's full name, phone number, email and full videos, they unlock the profile for 1 Vera (WemustE's credit). Vera is bought on the site with USDT Solana.
Safety and trust
Contact details are only shared when a sponsor unlocks a profile, and people are told each time. Companion and partner work (a hiking partner, a language partner and similar) has its own rules that people agree to before they choose it: meet only in public places, never at a home or hotel room, and nothing romantic or adult. Sponsors can report a profile and people can report a sponsor. Every report goes to the WemustE team, who remove profiles and close accounts that break the rules.
